Bricks arrived very well packed

Bricks arrived very well packed, so all went well, after a lengthy delay from backorder at distributor warehouse. Follow up from Klondike was reassuring. Good customer service.

I had a great experience working with Maggie’s team. They helped me choose the right multi-zone HVAC system for my cottage and took the time to explain the different options without any pressure. Their product knowledge was excellent, the wholesale pricing was very competitive, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. It’s refreshing to deal with a knowledgeable and honest team that genuinely wants to help you find the right solution. Highly recommend Klondike AC & Heating for anyone looking for quality HVAC equipment and great service!

Purchased a brand new A/C unit paid in full. This is an extremely important unit that I needed to replace in my small business before a heat wave came and destroyed all my product. 3 days after my order I’m expecting a tracking number in my email but instead they decided to cancel my order because it was not in stock. Do not be fooled by the low price, the products offered on their site are not in stock. The heat wave came and I lost everything I will likely never recover from this. I’m very disappointed with this if I had known that orders are not guaranteed I would’ve just paid for a unit locally and not lost my small business. I was supporting my family with that.

Amazing experience with Klondike AC! Huge thank you to Josh for all their help with selecting the perfect fireplace and walking us through the venting options. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process easy and stress-free.

You can really tell they care about getting the right solution, not just making a sale. Highly recommend Klondike AC & Hearing to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!
