I ordered a MR Cool DIY 4th gen 18k btu DIY mini split from Josh. Josh made every accommodation that I needed from the beginning of the order process till the end. I will try to make this review as short as possible but when my order first arrives it looked like someone took the compressor and used it as a football. Josh made sure to have that picked up and returned promptly for a replacement. That process was made extremely easy and painless by Josh.
Then came installation day!! I installed a multi zone mr cool a few weeks prior to installing this 18k btu unit. So this wasn't my first rodeo installing a mr cool mini split.
After hanging the air handler in my home it was time to connect the lineset. I did so to the torque specs provided in the manual with my hvac torque wrench then promptly checked my connection with my hvac freon detector and the soap bubble test as well. To my horror that connection was leaking pretty good. I instantly contacted Josh on that Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised when he called me on a Sunday to see what the issue was. I sent him some pics and explained the leak situation. Josh immediately that Monday morning went into action. He started communications with Mr Cool. Josh copied me in on the emails as well to keep me informed and in the loop.
Mr Cool tried diligently to drag their feet through the replacement process. Josh was not going to allow for that and kept on them to see this situation resolved quickly which was great because we were in the middle of a stretch of winter frigid weather. I have since received my replacement and I firmly believe this was only because of Josh's extreme hard work and perservance. I will only do business with Klondike ac because of this superb experience with Josh. He has won a life long customer with me. I will be sharing this experience and recommending Klondike ac and in particular Josh to all of my family, friends, and colleagues and **** even people I don't know. Thank you Josh, you sir have made me believe that even in our current lack of customer service world that we live in that there still are the rare occassions where someone not only believes in excellent customer service but also believes in treating a customer like family.
